Support Services
Within normal business hours, we typically offer several auxiliary and complementary services to existing and new customers including preventative maintenance and response support of Heating, Plumbing systems and Energy systems. Although we are based in Ashbourne in Co Meath, all our services are offered nationwide.
Independent & Objective
PKHS is independent, which is an important factor as we are not tied to a specific hardware supplier. If you have an equipment fault that cannot be repaired or it is uneconomical to repair, we will advise you of the best option for your needs.
Safety & Efficiency.
We take very seriously the safety of our staff and the safety of our clients and potential customers. As such, we will always inform you that our engineer is on his way to your home or business, we will request that he contacts you to introduce himself and give you an estimate of his time of arrival. If our engineer is required to return to site, we will follow the same procedure. Our staff are branded with PKHS logos on their workwear. Of course more recently all our staff have been trained and instructed to follow Covid 19 guidelines while attending customer sites.
