This was an unusual project from the start. The customer contacted us because he was in a bit of trouble. He wanted to convert his garage into a utility room and toilet that would also have a shower. He also wanted to plaster the entire kitchen and he got another builder/plumber to start the project and installed some pipes and stud walls. This contractor decided not to complete the project and left the customer hi and dry. The customer was then referred to us and we went and completed a survey of what needed to do done. It’s difficult to take on and stand over other contactors work but we did and completed the project on time and within budget. We even fixed a few other things like the heating for the customer as well.
